Since 2019, Carolyn has made her fitness a priority in her life. Boxing has become her favorite workout as it combines strength and cardio while also being a great stress reliever. As someone who struggled with their fitness most of their life, Carolyn hopes that by sharing her own journey and progress that it will help motivate and inspire those around her to make a positive change in their lives.
