The Summer I Watched Vanderpump Rules
I had never seen an episode of Vanderpump Rules prior to this summer. And then March 2023 happened and the gossip started appearing on my TikTok feed. That turned into clues from past episodes, reactions to the new season as it was airing, and finally breakdowns of the episodes that followed after the news had reached the public.

I caved and decided it was finally time to watch, plus it helped that I already have Peacock (They got me with a year free trial and honestly if you love NBC comedies or Bravo shows I think it’s worth it). I watched this last season, and the whole series for that matter, in the most bizarre order.
I started with Season 10 Episode 15 aka “#Scandoval.” Even with a limited context of who these people are and their history from clips on TikTok and diehard fan's video summaries, as far as reality TV goes this episode truly hit it out of the ballpark.
I then watched the three part reunion as it aired and in between episodes started watching season 10 from the beginning. After completing season 10 I went back a season to 9, and then back another to season 8 where I was introduced to some of the original cast members from the series who are no longer a part of the show. And yes, I know that seasons 8 and 9 are deemed skippable seasons by both the cast and fans. At this point, I realized I was no longer just watching a few episodes but would be watching the entire series and knew I needed to start back at the beginning. And that’s how this summer became the “Summer I Watched Vanderpump Rules.”
Living in Los Angeles, I felt a desire like many fans to go to these different restaurants and bars to see them for myself. But my curiosity was beyond the cast owned establishments, it included the various spots shown in each episode. I quickly discovered that information was not easily accessible. Not one to be discouraged by the slightest inconvenience, I decided to put together the list myself.
Yes, this involves rewatching season 10 again. Yes, I have watched this season more than the first watch and the entire series binge watch. Yes, I have lost count.
My plan is to list them out by restaurant/bar name, location, who went there, what they were doing and the timestamp of the episode. Additionally, I’ll be sorting them by episodes and putting together a map (seen below). The map includes not only the Los Angeles locations, but when they travel both out of the state and out of the country (to filter the map by episodes click the arrow in the top left corner and select/deselect which episodes you want to see).
Places I won’t include in the episode breakdowns are those owned by the cast because see a handful of them each episode and are basically the backdrop of the series. Instead, the will be listed at the top and have their own section on the map.
